just happy you like the post on your presentation! You’re allowed to answer in English since we don’t have an English blog (yet) ;-).. I think it is always important to look for the already existing opportunities on the web indeed. Many companies/brands tend to forget to.

I completely agree with your post – listening is so important because while many companies listening to the conversations they start on their own web properties so many others are happening out in the social web. Customers are calling brands out on the “social phone” continuously and it’s really up to brands to take the call and see how they can help out.
